1. Sales Guarantee & Refund Eligibility

We guarantee sales and profits if the client follows our proven strategy properly. A refund may only be considered if:

  • ✅ The client has fully implemented our TikTok marketing strategy, used the provided ad creatives, and correctly imported the product but has not made any sales within 30 days.
  • ✅ Proof of ad spend, marketing execution, and Shopify analytics must be provided to validate the claim.

2. No Refunds for Improper Implementation

A refund will not be issued if the client:

  • ❌ Did not run the recommended ads properly.
  • ❌ Did not use the provided ad creatives or targeting strategy.
  • ❌ Did not allocate a sufficient marketing budget to generate sales.
  • ❌ Modified the product descriptions, creatives, or pricing in a way that affects conversion rates.

3. Support & Issue Resolution

If you experience any issues, contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase. We will help optimize your setup before considering a refund.

4. Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting support, the customer will be permanently banned from future purchases.

5. Policy Updates

Ecom Edge reserves the right to update the refund policy at any time without prior notice.
